Cookie Policy

A cookie is a small text file that a site stores on your device. This site uses only first-party cookies, set by RENEÚ, plus whatever a third-party embed sets when you load it. We do not use cookies to sell data or to build advertising profiles.

As of the effective date, the public site sets the following cookie.

• reneu_ref. Set only if you arrive with a valid affiliate code in the address. First party. Expires after 30 days. SameSite=Lax, and Secure on HTTPS. Purpose: remember that code so a booking you make in that period can be credited to the affiliate. It does not contain your name. It can become personal information once it is tied to a booking. Basis: legitimate interest in honoring a referral link you chose to open. You can refuse it by blocking cookies or by not using a referral link.
• reneu_staff_session. Set only after a staff member signs in to the clinic dashboard. HttpOnly, so page scripts cannot read it. Expires after 7 days. Purpose: keep the staff session. Ordinary visitors do not receive this cookie.

The public website does not currently load Google Analytics, a Meta pixel, Hotjar, or another advertising or analytics tag. The dashboard stores a theme preference in the browser's local storage on staff devices. That is not a public cookie and it is not used for marketing.

If a non-essential analytics or marketing cookie is added later, this policy will be updated first, and the site will ask for consent before that cookie is set where the Data Privacy Act requires consent.

The contact map is embedded from Google Maps. When that map loads, Google may set its own cookies and receive your IP address under Google's policy. Social icons link out to Instagram and Facebook. They do not embed those networks' trackers on this site. Opening Messenger, WhatsApp, or Viber takes you to that service.

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking reneu_ref only stops affiliate attribution. It does not stop you from browsing or requesting an appointment. Blocking all cookies can affect a staff sign-in. It does not affect the public booking form.

Because the only public cookie is tied to a referral link you opened, the site does not show a marketing-cookie banner. You can still clear reneu_ref at any time.
