These terms are a contract between you and RENEÚ Regenerative Clinic, Unit 212, BLOC 10, Filinvest, Alabang, Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila, Philippines, for your use of this website. By using the site, sending a form, or requesting an appointment, you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy, and the Medical Disclaimer.

If you do not agree, please do not use the site. You may still call or visit the clinic to ask about care.

The website gives general information about the clinic, its consultation pathways, journal articles, careers, partnerships, and ways to request a visit. It is an electronic information service under Republic Act No. 8792, the Electronic Commerce Act of 2000.

Pages, photos, prices shown in the clinic's systems, and appointment availability can change. A statement on the website is not a promise that a particular treatment, clinician, room, or time will be available.

Reading this website, watching a video, or sending a message on social media does not create a physician-patient relationship. A relationship begins only when the clinic accepts you for consultation or care.

Nothing on the site is a diagnosis, a prescription, or a personal treatment plan. Read the Medical Disclaimer before you rely on any health statement here.

A booking submitted on this website is a request. It is not confirmed until the clinic confirms it. The clinic may offer another time, ask for more information, or decline a request when a service is not suitable, not available, or not permitted.

If a consultation fee applies, the amount, whether it is refundable, and whether it is credited to later care are stated before you pay. The patient form currently states a consultation fee of PHP 1,000.00. Once paid, that fee is non-refundable. If you proceed with an approved treatment or service contract, the paid consultation fee is credited against the total contract price, as stated on that form.

Treatment prices, if shown, are starting points. The fee for a procedure is confirmed only after assessment, because the plan depends on your condition, the product or method that is appropriate, and the time required. When online payment is available, the initial payment (and, if offered, the remaining balance) can be paid by card or e-wallet on Maya's secure payment page. Card details are entered only on Maya's page and never reach this website.

You agree to give accurate contact details and to tell the clinic about changes that matter to scheduling or safety. You agree not to:

• Use the site for an emergency. Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency service.
• Send unlawful, misleading, or harmful content, or try to break, scrape, or overload the site.
• Use another person's information without authority.
• Copy the site for a competing service or present clinic content as your own.
• Rely on the site as your only source for a decision about stem cell or any other procedure.

The clinic name, logo, text, photographs, and layout are owned by the clinic or used with permission. They are protected by Republic Act No. 8293, the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. Any other use needs written permission.

Affiliate applicants agree to the statements on the affiliate form, including the agreement checkbox. An affiliate may not make medical claims, promise results, or present themselves as the clinic. The clinic may refuse or end an affiliate relationship.

Links to Instagram, Facebook, Google Maps, Messenger, WhatsApp, Viber, and Raffi's Way leave this website or load a third-party service. Those services have their own terms and privacy notices. A Raffi's Way inquiry is a request for the clinic to coordinate. It is not a confirmed reservation.

The website is provided for general information. To the extent Philippine law allows, the clinic is not liable for loss that comes only from using the website without a consultation, from a third-party site, or from an interrupted connection.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, bad faith, or gross negligence, or any liability that the Civil Code or another law does not allow a business to waive. Liability for clinical care is determined by the physician-patient relationship and by the statutes and professional rules that apply to that care, not by these website terms alone.

The clinic does not intend any page to be a false, deceptive, or misleading claim under Republic Act No. 7394, the Consumer Act of the Philippines. Treatment descriptions are invitations to a consultation. They are not guarantees. If a statement on the site is wrong, the clinic will correct it after it is brought to our attention.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Courts in Muntinlupa City have venue, without taking away a forum that a consumer, patient, or data subject is entitled by law to use.

Privacy complaints may be brought to the National Privacy Commission. Consumer complaints may be brought to the Department of Trade and Industry. Concerns about medical practice may be brought to the Professional Regulation Commission or the Department of Health, as the matter requires.

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page and changing the effective date. The version on the page when you use the site is the version that applies to that use. A change does not alter a confirmed appointment or a consent you already gave, except where the law allows or requires it.
