Human stem cell and cell-based therapies in the Philippines are regulated. Department of Health Administrative Order No. 2013-0012 provides that these therapies are performed only in health facilities accredited for that purpose, that patients must be informed of their options, and that stem cell-based products are regulated by the Food and Drug Administration under Republic Act No. 9711.

Philippine rules prohibit some preparations, including human embryonic stem cell preparations, preparations from aborted fetal tissue, and plant material sold as stem cells. Other preparations, including certain genetically altered cells, are restricted and may not be promoted or used without Food and Drug Administration approval. This website does not offer a prohibited product and does not invite you to order a cellular product online.

Stem cell therapy is not a cure-all. It is not appropriate for every person who asks about it. Suitability depends on diagnosis, medical history, medicines, the product and protocol under consideration, and the physician's judgment. The clinic will not recommend a procedure that is outside what Philippine regulators allow.

Joint care, intimate wellness, chelation, ozone therapy, EBOO, NAD-related options, lymphatic drainage, and aesthetic procedures are also consultation-led. Chelation is a medical treatment for specific indications. It is not a general detox program. Aesthetic procedures have risks, downtime, and limits. Weight and wellness pathways are not crash programs and do not promise a number on the scale.

Any description of a benefit uses careful language on purpose. A possible benefit is not a promise that you will have that benefit.

The clinic does not guarantee a cure, a reversal of aging, a permanent result, or freedom from risk. Physicians in the Philippines have an ethical duty not to guarantee a cure. Publishing a testimonial, a before-and-after image, or a celebrity visit does not mean you will have the same experience.

Outcomes depend on your health, the treatment that is actually appropriate, how your body responds, and whether you follow preparation and aftercare. The clinic may recommend no treatment, a different treatment, or a referral.

Before a procedure, the attending physician explains the nature of the treatment, material risks, alternatives, and the option to decline, in language you can understand. You may ask questions and you may refuse. Consent for a procedure is separate from sending an appointment request on this website.

Tell the clinician about pregnancy or possible pregnancy, breastfeeding, allergies, bleeding or immune conditions, and all medicines and supplements. Withholding material information can increase the risk of harm.

This website is not monitored as an emergency service. If you have chest pain, trouble breathing, fainting, heavy bleeding, signs of stroke, a severe allergic reaction, or any symptom that feels life-threatening, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. Do not wait for an email or a social-media reply.

After a procedure, follow the written aftercare you were given. Contact the clinic promptly for symptoms the aftercare sheet tells you to report.
